Question:

I want to identify cells infected or not with HSV-2 by flow cytometrie. I've seen that you have different Ab which one is already use for flow cytometrie?

Resolution:

Although I am sure that flow cytometry is one of the applications that our customers use with these antibodies, we do not know which ones definitely work in this application. We characterize IFA, ELISA and western - IHC and Flow are currently not supported. If you want to give it a try, I would recommend HA025 HSV gD or HA056 gB - gD and gB are viral envelope proteins that are present on the surface of an infected cell. If you want to differentiate between HSV-1 and HSV-2, try H2A023 gG-2 or H2A055 gE-2 - these are also envelope proteins but these antibodies do not react with their HSV-1 counterparts.
