E. coli Cell Paste Extraction
Cellular paste from an E. coli fermentation is extracted to a soluble, clarified protein solution. In general, this is a lysozyme/Tris/sonication procedure followed by high-speed centrifugation. Many variations are possible, just let us know what you have in mind. Clarified extract is bulk packaged and shipped to you or it is retained and applied to an additional purification procedure.
