If you are having trouble with something, please make sure that you are using the same reagents as we do. We provide documents for making many of the necessary reagents. We also highly recommend using our antigens with our antibodies. Different strains of virus, different purity preparations, different extraction methods can all contribute to different results.

As with all experimentation - start with what you know. Then move into the unknown in a controlled fashion so you can tell what you are doing.
