Purpose

To descibe the formulation of 1N Sulfuric Acid to be used as a stopping reagent in HRP based assays.

Procedure

1. Measure 487 ml DI water and place in clean 500 ml bottle.
2. Add 13.3 ml sulfuric acid.
3. Seal bottle tightly and mix by inversion.
4. Label bottle with contents, lot number and 1 year expiration date.
5. Store at room temperature.
