- How are the Herpesvirus preps inactivated and verified that they are so?
- Do you have any data that you can share on the stability of the Herpese virus preps at elevated temperatures. ie. 4C.
Resolution:
The HSV extracts are inactivated with a detergent based methodology. They are assayed post-treatment to verify effective inactivation.
Regarding stability, in our methods of coating and assay, expiration dates in excess of 3 years at 2 - 8 C have been demonstrated.
